If an advertiser pre-books an ad but fails to upload the design or make necessary changes on time, What’s Hot is not responsible for any omissions or errors in the published ad.

Accuracy of Advertisements
What’s Hot is not responsible for any misleading ads or false information provided by the advertisers. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and truthfulness of their ads.

Technical Issues
In the event that a paid ad is not displayed in the issue due to technical issues, the advertiser will be refunded or the ad will be included in the upcoming issue. What’s Hot bears no further responsibility for such occurrences.

Incorrect Ad Dimensions
If an advertiser uploads a design with incorrect dimensions, What’s Hot bears no responsibility for any resulting issues, including but not limited to poor display quality or improper placement.

Refund Policy
